Cancel an Order:Login to your HPC account and you locate the order you’d like to cancel, just click “cancel order” and follow the easy steps to complete the cancellation Track My Order:If tracking information is available, you will see a “Track Order” button next to your order. You can click on this icon to get the tracking information for the order. Payment Options:We accept all major credit including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted, (Check debit cards are not accepted). Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:Event Tickets:
All tickets for events at participating venues are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, or when you buy tickets from us of equal or higher price, up until one week before the event.
