Refund Policy

Contacting Customer Service:

You can contact HPC Customer Service using our general contact form located on out contact us page or by calling HPC at (713) 681-8571.

Cancel an Order:

Login to your HPC account and you locate the order you’d like to cancel, just click “cancel order” and follow the easy steps to complete the cancellation

Track My Order:

If tracking information is available, you will see a “Track Order” button next to your order. You can click on this icon to get the tracking information for the order.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted, (Check debit cards are not accepted).

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Event Tickets:

  • Canceled or Postponed Events: You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at the clubhouse, please return them at the same location for a refund. We refund all fees except shipping and retail pickup, and fees on certain types of events.
  • Rescheduled Events: We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Get a refund upon request.
  • Replacement Tickets: If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us.

All tickets for events at participating venues are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, or when you buy tickets from us of equal or higher price, up until one week before the event. Our standard policy for events is No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up closer to the event and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can to help. Just contact us!

Tangible Items:

  • Returnable Items: The HPC offers a competitive 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • All Sales Final Orders: These items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, we cannot accept returns. When you see the "all sales final" message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective.
